Q- Your consulting rate seems a bit high, can you offer a discount?
A - Our rates are set to be competitive. We do not believe quality is cheap. We are not considered your employee so there are no associated fringe cost nor payroll taxes to be borne by you the business owner.
Q - How much will your meal cost me extra for the mystery diner program?
A - We will discuss beforehand exactly what you are wanting to have reviewed within your restaurant. We can come in as individuals, a couple or even a "family group" (you choose the size, but not more than 5-6 is recommended, unless you wish to see how your establishment handles "large parties"). We will agree as to whether you would like to have specific menu items reviewed or whether you would just like to have an assortment of items ordered. We will establish whether or not appetizers and/desserts should be ordered, as well as the choices if desired. We can establish a budget with a maximum or minimum spent, as well. There should be no surprises when you get your invoice from us and a copy of the receipt will ALWAYS accompany the invoice.
Q - You mentioned something about being minority owned, why is that important?
A - While we do not stress the importance of being minority owned, we are simply stating a fact for those to whom it matters. We do believe that being a minority owned company give us certain experiences and points of view not necessarily held by the majority of this country. We are also able to give you a special insight on how your staff necessarily treats a minority or minority group, should you engage our mystery diner services. We will not insinuate that your staff may have any personal ideologies, but peoples' perceptions are their reality. This is an important message to drive home to your staff.
