Mystery Diner

Whether you are a small or large operation, quick service, full service, fine dining or casual everyone can benefit from an honest outside opinion of their operations. Honest feedback is one of the most valuable things an operator can obtain and we all struggle to get it from our guests each day.

Our mystery diner program will be an invaluable tool for your business to offer insight and growth opportunities. For a flat fee (see our rates page), we will go into your business at a mutually agreed upon time. You pick the shift that you would like to have evaluated (i.e., breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.) and we will go into your business during that shift within 7-10 business days to do our mystery diner program evaluation. We have extensive experience in restaurants of all kinds and at all levels. We have expert knowledge in front and back of house operations. We have experience cooking and eating many different kinds of cuisines from many ethnicities. We take that experience and independently evaluate your establishment during the dining process. The process works best, if your staff is unaware of our coming in. Please do not give anyone the "heads up". You are not doing your business any favors.

We are able to dine in your establishment as an individual, a couple, or even a "family group" (size of your choosing). We will discreetly take photos of your establishment from parking lot to bathroom and everything in between. After we have completed our mystery diner service, we will begin to work on a full report for your review. The report will consist of ratings from 1-10 on many key service components and areas of your establishment (i.e., parking lot cleanliness, lobby appearance and cleanliness, service timing, food quality, appearance, and temperature, etc.) All in all we will provide you with over 30 key metric points and areas to rate your establishment.

The report will be emailed with all attachments to you the business owner within 3-5 business days after the mystery diner service has been completed. We will be honest and at times that can mean you may be offended. We are not here to offend anyone, but we are also not here to sugar coat anything. You will not get your business to realize its potential without quality and honest feedback like we will provide you in our mystery diner service program.
